On Monday, the Toronto Maple Leafs claimed two new players on their roster, including forward Sammy Blais and goaltender Cayden Primeau.
Furthermore, they also brought in Sammy Blais, who is going to be the 13th forward going forward. He played for Craig Berube in St. Louis and brings grit to the team.
Having said that, with the season opener taking place tomorrow against the Montreal Canadiens, the Leafs are looking to get Primeau and Blais acquainted with their new teammates.

Both players were on the ice on Tuesday, and it seems like they were having themselves a pretty good time.
Additionally, we got to see their numbers with the franchise. First up was Primeau, who could be seen wearing the number 30.
Meanwhile, Blais wore the number 79, which is his usual uniform number. It's certainly a unique one, and he didn't need to step on any toes to get it.
Going into the regular season, it remains to be seen if we will actually see Blais get any action, especially when you consider how
Scott Laughton will be back soon.
Furthermore, the team wants to give
Easton Cowan a shot eventually. As for Primeau, it is very likely that he will get to play during some early back-to-backs.
Over the coming days and weeks, we will get a much better sense of what this Maple Leafs team has in store for the fans.
Until then, just sit back and relax as NHL hockey is finally upon us.
