Craig Berube Just Lambasted the Toronto Maple Leafs and it Was Well Deserved

The Toronto Maple Leafs have been awful over their latest stretch of hockey and a loss to the Ottawa Senators had Craig Berube absolutely fuming.
Last night was supposed to be a big game for the Toronto Maple Leafs as they took on their division rival, the Ottawa Senators.
Despite having the lead twice throughout the game, the Leafs ended up throwing it all down the drain and lost by a score of 4-2.
It was a truly bad performance from the blue and white and if you are a fan, you can't help but feel like this team is going to get decimated in the playoffs.
Craig Berube gets honest about the Toronto Maple Leafs
Head coach Craig Berube was not impressed after the game and took aim at his team for its lack of discipline as of late.
"We can't complain and get undisciplined if teams are checking us hard.... Every game we play they're going to check hard and you gotta fight through the checks."
He also noted that this team doesn't get off to good starts and it always seems to put them in a significant hole.
"They need to make their mind up in the room - the importance of the start of the game... I didn't find that we wanted to play our game early enough."
The Toronto Maple Leafs are now third in the Atlantic Division standings and the Ottawa Senators are only just a few points behind them now.
If this keeps up, the Leafs are going to find themselves in a Wild Card spot when just a few days ago, we were talking about winning the Division.
This is unacceptable and it is up to Berube to figure it out sooner rather than later. The fans want to see some success and this play is anything but.
