Travis Green Breaks His Silence amid NHL's Investigation Into Nick Cousins

Ottawa Senators head coach Travis Green is speaking out following a poor move from his forward Nick Cousins who is now being investigated by the NHL.
The NHL is investigating Nick Cousins right now because of a stunt he pulled prior to Game 3 of the game between the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Ottawa Senators.
Overall, it all started when Cousins decided to launch some pucks at Stolarz during the pre-game warmup. This got the league's attention and an investigation was launched.
It is not a good look for Cousins and especially not the Senators as a whole who are now down 3-0 in the series with nothing to show for it.

Today, Senators head coach Travis Green was forced to face the media and it was here where he ultimately had to address what went down with his player.
Basically, Green states that Cousins knows Stolarz personally and felt like what he was doing would rattle his confidence and give the Senators a competitive edge.
Travis Green spoke with Cousins about this. Nick says he knows Stolarz and was trying to get him off his game. «Happens more than you think.»
In the end, these tactics are not working for the Ottawa Senators as the Toronto Maple Leafs continue to dominate the series with relative ease.
Overall, the Senators are down 0-3 and they will need to dig deep to even think about a comeback. For now, it is not looking very good.
If you are a fan of the Maple Leafs, you have to be happy with how this series is going. The Sens are losing their minds and the Leafs just keep on winning.
Now that this Leafs squad has a bit of maturity and experience, they are doing all of the right things and it has been beautiful to see.
