PK Subban went on an epic rant about the Pittsburgh Penguins and Kyle Dubas today and it was all in relation to how Sidney Crosby is being wasted right now.
Former Toronto Maple Leafs general manager Kyle Dubas is working in Pittsburgh right now and his tenure has proven to be extremely divisive.
Sidney Crosby is in the final years of his career and he has to deal with a team that is not very good, which is ultimately leaving him without a shot at going to the playoffs.
PK Subban destroys Kyle Dubas
PK Subban does not like this one bit and he sounded off on Dubas during the most recent ESPN broadcast.
Subban watched the Penguins lose 8-3 to the Washington Capitals and it led to a truly epic rant.
For the most part, the former NHL defenseman unleashed on Dubas for the poor job he has done and how he won't provide Crosby with the right pieces.
«You're getting paid 7 million dollars a year. Give Mike Sullivan better players, give Sidney Crosby a team to play with. If you're going to rebuild, rebuild. Pick a lane. It's on you.»
This rant is a good reflection of how a lot of Pittsburgh Penguins fans feel right now.
Of course, Maple Leafs fans feel the frustration with a guy like Kyle Dubas, who could not put together the right roster to win in the playoffs.
Although he did a lot of good things in Toronto, it just was not enough, and now, Brad Treliving has to get it done.
Meanwhile, analysts like Subban will continue to hold Dubas accountable for the forseeable future.
