Toronto Maple Leafs goaltender Joseph Woll was called out by head coach Craig Berube, however, Matthew Knies had a defense for the netminder.

Goaltender Joseph Woll has struggled a bit to start the NHL playoffs, and there are some fans out there who are very worried about this team's ability to win.
After a five-goal on 36-shot performance in Game 3, Woll has been called out by not just fans, but his head coach Craig Berube as well.

Prior to Game 4 tonight, Berube delivered even more criticism towards Woll. This time, he noted how the goaltender needs to be better at playing the puck.
"He's going to have to move it quick. Make a decision quick & move it. That's the bottom line"
Some have found this criticism to be a bit harsh, including Matthew Knies, who came to Woll's defense on Saturday morning.
"He does a fine job with moving the puck ... I think everyone just needs to communicate a little bit better"

While Knies is correct about communication, the fact remains that Woll has not been perfect. A goals-against average of 3.99 and a save percentage of .869 is not going to be good enough.
Only time will tell whether or not Woll will have a good game tonight as the Leafs look to take a 3-1 series lead.
If he plays his best game of the series so far, then there is a reasonable belief that the Leafs will win and put the Florida Panthers on the brink of elimination.
