Matthew Knies gets hit with more disappointing news prior to match Vs. Panthers
Toronto Maple Leafs forward Matthew Knies got injured last week in a game against the Las Vegas Golden Knights.
This was due to a hit to the head from
Zach Whitecloud, who did not get a penalty on the play.
Since that time, there has been a whole lot of debate about whether or not Whitecloud should have gotten some sort of suspension.
On Wednesday night, the Maple Leafs are taking on the Florida Panthers and many have been curious if Knies would be back in the lineup.
Well, he was at practice today, however, he was in a red non-contact jersey. Simply put, do not expect him to play tomorrow night.
