With national pride on the line, Mitch Marner didn't hold back in trying to sting Nylander during Canada's 4-3 overtime win against Sweden.
Despite Marner's best efforts to chirp his Leafs teammate, Nylander didn't take the bait.
"Caught each other's eyes a couple of times. He was pretty quiet. I was saying a few things, but he kept it pretty quiet."

Marner ultimately had the last laugh since he scored the overtime winning goal to give Canada the victory.
