Sheldon Keefe Reveals Why He is Scared of the Toronto Maple Leafs Tonight

New Jersey Devils head coach Sheldon Keefe is coaching against his former team, the Toronto Maple Leafs, tonight, and he is admittedly a bit worried.
Sheldon Keefe used to be the head coach of the Toronto Maple Leafs, and as a result, he is a bit of a controversial figure amongst fans.
Tonight, Keefe is officially an enemy of Scotiabank Arena as he will be the head coach for the New Jersey Devils.
Last season, the Leafs had Keefe and the Devils' number. This season, that could be a whole new story when you consider the rut the Leafs have been in.
In fact, the Leafs were called out by their own goaltender, Anthony Stolarz, following a bad loss to the Seattle Kraken.

Despite this, Keefe seems to be a bit worried about the Maple Leafs for that very reason. While speaking to the media, he noted that what Stolarz did will galvanize the Leafs.
In fact, Keefe is a bit worried about the Leafs tonight, as he expects Stolarz to put in a truly incredible performance, while the Leafs will have extra motivation.
From my time here, anytime something like that occurs, the group rallies and they come out with a great effort.
At the end of the day, it is up to the Leafs to prove Keefe right. The Devils will be ready to play, and the Leafs need to match.
If they can't, then they risk falling below .500, which would be a disastrous start through the first five games of the season.
Hopefully, the Maple Leafs are able to prove some doubters wrong and bring home a W.
