The Toronto Maple Leafs have lost three games in a row, and tonight, they are set to take on the New Jersey Devils who are hungry to get a win for Sheldon Keefe.
After a 4-1 loss to the Dallas Stars,
Toronto Maple Leafs head coach Craig Berube has been tasked with rallying the troops and getting the squad out of their recent funk.
Toronto Maple Leafs to take on the New Jersey Devils tonight
Tonight will be a great opportunity to do just that as the Maple Leafs take on the New Jersey Devils for the third time this season.
Needless to say, the Devils are going to be highly motivated to go out there and give their head coach a win.
As for Berube, he made some line changes at practice on Wednesday that certainly leave a whole lot to be desired.
Knies-Matthews-Marner
Pacioretty-Tavares-Nylander
McMann-Domi-Robertson
Holmberg-Kampf-Lorentz
Dewar, Reaves
McCabe-Tanev
Rielly-Myers
Ekman-Larsson--Timmins
Benoit-Hakanpaa
Woll
Hildeby
Ultimately, these changes aren't exactly inspirational. However, they have had success with this lineup throughout the early parts of the season, so perhaps they can find the magic again.
Either way, this game is a must-win if the Leafs want to keep their lead in the Atlantic Division.
