Brad Marchand has a huge free agency decision to make, and according to Paul Bissonnette, the Toronto Maple Leafs have already secured the Cup champion's services.
By now, everyone should know that the Toronto Maple Leafs are trying to acquire Brad Marchand in free agency. He just won his second Stanley Cup, and he is still an upper echelon player.
Over the last week or so, there have been all kinds of rumblings about how the Panthers are making a push to keep Marchand on the roster. For all intents and purposes, they do not see the need to part ways with the forward.
However, TNT analyst and Maple Leafs superfan Paul Bissonnette seems to have an inside scoop that says different.
Brad Marchand signs with the Toronto Maple Leafs?
On the latest episode of 'Spittin Chiclets,' Biz made the claim that the Maple Leafs and Brad Marchand have already agreed to a four-year, $9 million deal.
Overall, this is a huge claim to make, especially when the source is some nameless guy in Biz's phone. Having said that, the report is causing quite a stir.

Maple Leafs fans should probably just wait until July 1st before jumping to any conclusions or believing anything they hear from non-insiders.
Bissonnette is all about entertainment. His journalistic integrity has never exactly been one of one.
Having said that, this is going to give fans a ton of hope for the future. If Marchand does, in fact, come to Toronto, there may just be parties in the streets.
Moreover, general manager Brad Treliving would get a ton of praise for pulling off something so bold, so quickly into the offseason.
