Toronto Maple Leafs head coach Craig Berube is going viral right now and it is all because of how he responded to his team knocking off the Ottawa Senators.
Craig Berube had his work cut out for him as the Toronto Maple Leafs took on the Ottawa Senators in the first round of the NHL Playoffs.
The puck eventually went to William Nylander who was able to ice the game for good.
Laughts [Scott Laughton], that's a block! That's how you win it. That's what it takes to f****** win man. In this league, the playoffs, laying it all on the line.
Hell of a game by you guys, you were aggressive, you were all over them. We're moving on, great job by you guys.
Berube also made sure to note that while the series against Ottawa went a little longer than anticipated, this is what the Leafs should expect out of every series.
We can't think any series will be short. They'll all possibly go to seven games. That's how you got to look at it every series. We did it here too; we battled and competed and got it done.
Now, the Leafs will go up against the Florida Panthers in the next round and that will be their toughest test.
However, if they win the series somehow, then they have to be taken seriously as a potential Stanley Cup contender.
