Craig Berube Takes a Not-So-Subtle Shot at Travis Green After Thrilling Game 2 Victory

Toronto Maple Leafs head coach Craig Berube is looking to outcoach Travis Green of the Ottawa Senators and so far, he has been able to do just that.
Craig Berube was brought in as the head coach of the Maple Leafs to turn this team into a real deal contender that could reach new heights.
So far, that has been the case as the Leafs are Atlantic Division champs and are currently well on their way to defeating the Ottawa Senators in the first round.
After a win last night, the series is heading back to Ottawa and now, things are going to change. Case in point, the Senators will have last change which is a matchup advantage.

Senators head coach Travis Green has been trying to circumvent this and Berube has taken notice. However, he isn't going to play the same dirty game.
Instead, Berube noted that he is going to trust his team as he knows that all of the players can handle their matchups without any real issues.
«It's all part of the cat and mouse game. But its business as usual for us. If we can't get match-ups, we have players capable of doing the job.»
Quite frankly, this is a not-so-subtle shot at Green, who has been complaining a lot since the start of the series, which does not bode well for the Ottawa Senators.
In fact, some of the analysts have said that Green sounds a lot like Sheldon Keefe when he was coaching the Leafs, which is not what you want to hear if you are a Senators fan.
Having said all of that, this Maple Leafs team is doing a great job of weathering the storm and they seem to be well on their way to a series win.
Of course, a Senators comeback is very much possible but it also isn't super likely either. Only time will tell whether or not Berube gets this team to close.
