The NHL Playoffs have not been especially kind to the Leafs in recent years but this season seems to be the year in which they actually get over the hump.
Berube is coaching some spirited hockey right now and he is making all of the right decisions as this team attempts to get to the Eastern Conference Finals.
Craig Berube on the Toronto Maple Leafs lineup
When it comes to lineup, there is a lot to decide. Do you change things up or do you just keep things the same? It's not easy to figure out and the team's success rides on these choices.
Craig Berube is likely to stick with the same lineup from the first 2 games for Game 3 but is still thinking it over.
Of course, anything can happen between now and Thursday which would change Berube's mind and force him to go in another direction with his team.
But for now, the Leafs have decided that it would just be better to keep the team together as is. You can't really blame them for that whatsoever.
With a 2-0 series lead, anything the team does looks genius right now. That is only compounded if the team continues to win games and show teams their superior strength.
