Max Domi's 5v5 stats are so atrocious that the Toronto Maple Leafs must take action

Toronto Maple Leafs forward Max Domi has been having a bad season so far, although some newly unearthed stats show just how bad he is right now.
Max Domi has had a rough season with the Toronto Maple Leafs, as he only has three goals and two assists so far this season, which isn't great.
Overall, this is not what you want to see if you're a Leafs fan. Last season was bad for Domi as well, and it is getting to the point where the team is seeing diminishing returns.
Furthermore, Domi is now on the fourth line, where he hasn't been able to thrive. What makes it worse is that going into this season, the forward was expected to play on the first line.
Max Domi is horrible at five on five
According to reporter Kevin Papetti, some of the advanced stats involving Domi are actually atrocious, especially when it comes to five-on-five play.
The Leafs are getting outscored 6-16 whenever Domi is on the ice, which is not good. Not to mention, some of the other stats are brutally low.
The chemistry on the fourth line has been off so far, and it just feels as though the Leafs are stuck in a rut.

With the Toronto Maple Leafs looking to defeat the Boston Bruins tonight, one has to wonder if the Leafs will put their feet down and just hit Domi with a healthy scratch.
Given how poorly he has played, it would not be out of bounds to do something like that. At the end of the day, the Leafs are trying to win games.
Only time will tell whether or not Domi can start performing at a high level, or if this is just going to keep getting worse.
