Toronto Maple Leafs forward Ryan Reaves didn't get a huge reaction after a fight against Mathieu Olivier and Auston Matthews had a lot to say about that.

Ryan Reaves had his first fight of the NHL season on Wednesday night as he had a thrilling heavyweight tilt against Matthieu Olivier.

Ryan Reaves on the Toronto Maple Leafs crowd

"There hasn't been a lot of opportunity. There's guys in this league that you show respect for. There's no reason (Olivier) had to give me one there. When a guy gives you one like that, I'll be willing to give him one when he needs it. Just a lot of respect for guys who do their job like that."
This has led to some nauseating discourse about whether or not the Leafs captain actually had a point with his criticism.
Well, Reaves decided to weigh in here. As you will read, he believes the Leafs crowd has its ups and downs, just like the team.
"I heard them chanting 'Reavo' during the fight, which was nice. This crowd can be good. Sometimes they don't have it, just like sometimes we don't have it. We like when they bring energy. I think we like to feed off of it, for sure."

At the end of the day, a lot of the crowd problems come down to how expensive the tickets are and who is purchasing those tickets.
Hopefully, Maple Leafs ownership can come through with some sort of solution that can make everyone happy.
The atmosphere at the Scotiabank Arena would be a lot better if more fans had access.
