Scott Laughton Teaches Max Domi a Lesson

Scott Laughton has proven to be a solid third and fourth line player in the NHL and while he had a slow start with the Toronto Maple Leafs, he is clearly getting a whole lot better.

He has an assist in the playoffs and he has been playing some solid minutes as a third line center where he is completely shutting down the Senators.

Going into tonight's Game 4, Laughton is looking to have a big game, and he just so happens to want to help out his teammates like Max Domi.

If you have been paying attention to Domi this season, you have probably noticed that he hasn't been amazing when it comes to winning faceoffs despite being a center.

Laughton has been much better at that and as a result, Laughton decided to have a faceoff session with Domi where he taught the forward a few lessons.

It seemed to be a productive meeting of the minds and if you are a Leafs fan, you have to appreciate stuff like this. It proves the team has a ton of chemistry right now.

Tonight will be an opportunity for the Toronto Maple Leafs to finish off their series against the Ottawa Senators and the fans would love to see it.

If they do win tonight, they will be the first team to move on to the second round where they will await the winner of the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Florida Panthers.

It is pretty cool to see the Maple Leafs do the little things right and smother a team that dominated them in the regular season.

This Leafs team is different and the gritty players like Scott Laughton and Max Domi will get them over the finish line.
