Team Sweden Player Gives Honest Thoughts About William Nylander

William Nylander's impressive play at the 4 Nations Face-Off caught the attention of his teammates from Team Sweden, including Swedish superstar Erik Karlsson.
Despite Sweden's tough luck in back-to-back overtime losses, Nylander has been excellent and has cemented his place on the top line by proving his consistency on the international stage.

Karlsson who is a three-time Norris Trophy winner had good words for Willy Nylander's ascension as one of the best Swedish player by telling Mark Masters:
"Someone who's taken huge strides with a huge amount of pressure on him to deliver, & he's done so for a long period of time now & really proven that he's a very consistent top player in this league."
Nylander's dominance isn't just showing up in international play since he's having a career year with the Maple Leafs by scoring 55 points in as many games and ranking second in the NHL with 33 goals.
His rise to the top of the NHL has come with increased attention and he has been met with boos during the tournament.
Just like the two other Leafs stars Auston Matthews and Mitch Marner which is a sign that they must be doing something right.
Born in Canada but unwavering in his loyalty to Sweden, Nylander has always been clear about where his heart lies.
As Sweden looks to turn things around in the tournament, they'll need him to step up and lead the way.
