The Toronto Maple Leafs are gearing up for a game against the Florida Panthers and one of the team's forgotten defenseman ended up showing their face at practice.
Wednesday night could be the most important game of the regular season for the Toronto Maple Leafs as they take on the Florida Panthers in a game that could determine who wins the Atlantic Division.
The Leafs are up by three points in the division, but wins against teams like the Panthers and the Tampa Bay Lightning could be huge for this team's playoff confidence.
Today, the team was on the ice for practice, and it just so happens that they were joined by some injured players.

Max Pacioretty was on the ice which isn't that much of a surprise when you consider how he has been ramping up his ice time as of late.
However, the biggest surprise was Jani Hakanpaa, who has consistently been absent thanks to his nagging injury that just won't get any better.
It was made clear that both Jani Hakanpaa and Pacioretty remain on the injured list, but based on this report, it seems like they could aim for a playoff return, even if the former seems less likely.
As for the lines today, they were fairly standard as it appears as though Craig Berube wants to keep some continuity.
