Aleksander Barkov and the Florida Panthers find themselves in a difficult position right now as they are down down 2-0 to the Toronto Maple Leafs.
The Leafs are known as playoff chokers, so for them to be playing so well against the defending champions has been a bit of a trip to watch.
Overall, the Panthers are feeling this quite heavily, and guys like William Nylander are beginning to overwhelm them.

While speaking to the media this morning, Barkov got brutally honest about the effect William Nylander has had on the Panthers in this series.
As Barkov notes, the Panthers have to keep their heads on a swivel whenever he is on the ice. He makes big plays at will, and Florida has had a hard time keeping up with it.

With Game 3 going down tonight, it will be fascinating to see if the Maple Leafs can pull off a big game and show the Panthers that they are not to be toyed with.
A spot in the Eastern Conference Finals is on the line in this series, something that has not been accomplished in the Auston Matthews, Mitch Marner, John Tavares, and Nylander era.
