On Wednesday, Laughton returned to the Leafs' lineup, and he had a very positive influence on the team. Unfortunately, it all went up in smoke on Saturday as he got injured against the Boston Bruins.

Prior to the aforementioned game, Berube was asked if there was a new update on Laughton. Unfortunately, there wasn't.
Instead, the head coach said that there is no timeline for Laughton's return. In the interim, the Leafs will have to give playing time to
Calle Jarnkrok and Sammy Blais.
At the end of the day, Laughton is very important to the team's fourth line. When he's not on the ice, the Leafs are a lot worse off.
He is a good player when it comes to defensive responsibility, and he can also give you some offense when you need it.
That said, it is going to be interesting to see how the Leafs are able to carry on without Laughton on the roster.
