Toronto Maple Leafs head coach Craig Berube is currently in his first season with the team and he is doing his best to lead this team on a in the NHL playoffs.
Craig Berube was brought in to be a replacement to Sheldon Keefe, who certainly had a bit of a controversial tenure with the Leafs.
Keefe was never successful in the playoffs which is what fans were clamoring for for years. However, Berube is a Stanley Cup champion and he makes his teams play a brand of hockey that is conducive to winning late in the season.
While his system has been shaky at times, things are starting to click at the right time and fans are very interested to see what happens next.
Craig Berube gives the Toronto Maple Leafs some real guidance
With the playoffs on the horizon, new footage from the Leafs locker room is being unearthed, and it paints the head coach in a very good light.
Below, you can see his speech prior to a game against the Colorado Avalanche, a game that the Maple Leafs ended up winning.

Only time will tell whether or not Berube will continue to be seen as a success for this team that is desperate for something to go right in the months of April and May.
