The
Toronto Maple Leafs were up 2-0 against the Florida Panthers before they poured all of their good will down the drain.
However, the Leafs can still win this series. They must win Game 6 on Friday night in Florida, or their season is officially over, much to the chagrin of fans everywhere.
Toronto Maple Leafs vs. Florida Panthers Game 6
Going into Game 6, fans didn't actually know what the game would be. The NHL schedule makers were waiting until the last possible moment for this one.
Well, according to reporter Colby Guy, the Leafs and the Panthers will play each other on Friday at 8 PM if you can believe that. As opposed to the usual 7 PM.
Game 6 between the Florida Panthers and the Toronto Maple Leafs in Sunrise will start at 8 p.m. on Friday.
Game will be broadcasted on TNT.
Game 1 of the series also started at 8 PM but that was seemingly due to the draft lottery and all of the media coverage around that.
As for Game 6, it is unknown why the league decided to make that change. Perhaps TNT felt like it was the best thing to do since they are broadcasting the game.
Only time will tell whether or not the Leafs can come through with a big Game 6 that proves all of the doubters wrong.
There are a lot of superstars on this team that need a good game or they might just be gone next season.
