Nazem Kadri Has Reportedly Taken the Next Step Towards Reunited with the Toronto Maple Leafs

Nazem Kadri rumors have been everywhere as of late, and now, Nick Kypreos is linking the forward to the Toronto Maple Leafs and a major rival.
For the last few months now, there has been this pipe dream out of Toronto that Nazem Kadri might want to come to the Toronto Maple Leafs.
After being traded a few years ago, the forward has always shown his love to the city, and it has always felt like there has been a possibility of a reunion.
Recently, Kadri even acknowledged some of the trade rumors, although he wasn't exactly forthcoming about whether or not any of them were worth anything.
Nazem Kadri and the Toronto Maple Leafs
Now, a new report from Nick Kypreos is suggesting that Kadri would be willing to waive his no-trade clause for two teams.
The first of those teams is the Toronto Maple Leafs, and the other is the Montreal Canadiens.
Two teams that Kadri continues to be linked to that he appears willing to lift his no-move clause for are the Montreal Canadiens and Toronto Maple Leafs.
If Kadri ever went to the Habs, the fans in Montreal would be absolutely livid about it. However, it's not like this is something they can really control.
Overall, this is going to be a fascinating offseason, and we wonder how this is going to pan out for everyone involved.
Although as it stands, it doesn't seem likely that the Calgary Flames will willingly trade Nazem Kadri. He doesn't seem like someone they want to deal.
If things go left during the season, then perhaps a decision will be made. Until then, Kadri remains an integral part of that franchise.
