Tonight is the night that the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Ottawa Senators finally begin their first round series against one another and fans are very excited.
The Ottawa Senators picked up the first Wild Card spot in the Eastern Conference and now, they get to play the Toronto Maple Leafs in the first round.
Overall, fans love the Battle of Ontario is there is a whole lot of nostalgia that comes with it. Not to mention, the teams just matchup very well.
If you are a fan of the Leafs, you can't help but be a bit worried especially when you see how the Leafs have done in the playoffs in years' past.
One thing that fans have been keeping an eye on is the Senators goaltending situation and who would be getting the start in Game 1.
Linus Ullmark starts for the Ottawa Senators
No surprises there, but the starting goalie for the Senators is going to be none other than Linus Ullmark, who has proven that he can play at an elite level.
As for his career statistics against the Toronto Maple Leafs, they have been a bit up and down. Needless to say, he is very beatable and the Leafs shouldn't be exceptionally worried.

With that in mind, you can't deny that the Senators have had the Leafs' number so far this season. There are no guarantees that the Leafs will be able to overcome that.
