P.K. Subban Destroys Former Toronto Maple Leafs Defenseman With Some Harsh Words

If you are a Toronto Maple Leafs fan, then you probably remember Justin Holl, although those memories probably aren't very fond.

For the most part, the defenseman was not particularly good with the team and he was constantly making big mistakes that would cost the Leafs a ton of goals.

In the playoffs a couple of seasons ago, Holl was just awful and since that time, fans in Toronto have held a bit of a grudge against him, even if the team's problems extended well beyond him.

Holl is now playing for the Detroit Red Wings and yesterday, he was embarrassed by the Las Vegas Golden Knights who continue to be on a tear.

Tomas Hertl scored a hat trick against the Red Wings and Holl was embarrassed on multiple plays.

So much so that P.K. Subban decided to make some very strong comments about the defenseman that may not go over well in Detroit. However, fans in Toronto will certainly be in agreement.

In 61 games this season, Holl has only managed a total of five points and his -7 net rating certainly doesn't inspire very much confidence.

It has gotten to a point with him where the perception around the league is that he soft and just can't hang with some of the league's best players.

This is a real problem and if you are the Red Wings, you can't be impressed with what you are seeing these days.

However, for Maple Leafs fans, this is just a reminder of the kind of player they used to have and struggle with come playoff time.
