Two days ago, the Toronto Maple Leafs traded for Dakota Joshua of the Vancouver Canucks, and in the eyes of many, this was the best move of the offseason.

Dakota Joshua is a player who went through a lot last season, and it reflected on the score sheet as he only managed seven goals and seven assists.
Now that he is a member of the Toronto Maple Leafs, there is a sense that he could be in for a huge bounce-back season.
Of course, it remains to be seen whether or not that is actually going to be the case. He could end up being a huge bust.

Dakota Joshua is a stud for the Toronto Maple Leafs

Interestingly enough, there is one area that Joshua should excel in no matter what, and that is physicality.
We say this because Joshua is one of three players over the past three seasons who have over 35 goals to their name and over 650 assists.
Those players included Kiefer Sherwood and Brady Tkachuk. One of those players is elite company, and should be music to Leafs fans' ears.

At this stage, it is a bit silly to assume what Dakota is going to do and not do throughout the upcoming season. He could be great, or he could be disappointing.
Whatever the case may be, Canucks fans are upset with the franchise for making the trade, which shows they want him around.
Only time will tell whether or not this is a deal that Leafs fans end up looking back on with fondness.
