William Nylander Severely Impacted by the Toronto Maple Leafs' Latest Signing

Toronto Maple Leafs superstar William Nylander is probably feeling very excited today, and it is all because of a recent signing made by the Toronto Marlies.
William Nylander has been having a good past couple of days, especially with the news that he won the Goldpucken, a Swedish award for the best hockey player in the country.
When it comes to life with the Toronto Maple Leafs, Nylander seems to be thriving there as well, especially in light of what was announced earlier today.
Of course, we are talking about the signing of Alex Nylander, who just got himself a one-year deal with the Toronto Marlies of the AHL.
Alex Nylander played for the Leafs last season, but it quickly became apparent that he was not NHL material, and it led to him being assigned to the Marlies.

That said, the forward is now back with the organization, and this is going to be great for William, who now has a best friend and confidant with him in Toronto.
The Marlies and Maple Leafs are one of the few NHL/AHL partnerships that are in the same city. This benefits the brothers greatly.
If you are a Maple Leafs fan, you are probably rooting for the Nylander to play on the same line together at some point this season.
Unfortunately, that does not seem likely right now. Instead, we imagine that Alex will remain with the Marlies for most of the season.
Ultimately, the Marlies are a deep team right now, and Nylander is certainly helping with that right about now.
As for William Nylander, he is a prime candidate to score 50 goals and have one of the best seasons of his entire career.
