Toronto Maple Leafs defenseman Brandon Carlo has been decent with the team thus far but there is no doubt he is feeling the difference from the Boston Bruins.
At the trade deadline, the Leafs made the bold move to trade for Brandon Carlo has the team was in need of a right-handed defenseman who could make some big time plays.
With Morgan Rielly struggling, the logic was that the former Bruin could come in and be his partner, something that has already been proven to be incorrect.
Regardless, Carlo has been solid thus far and the fans are starting to like the guy even though he used to play for the team's most bitter enemy.

Since coming to the Maple Leafs, the defenseman has been hit with numerous questions about what he thinks of the franchise and whether or not he likes playing here.
After all, coming from Boston, playing for Toronto can be a huge culture shock and you cannot fault a guy if he isn't exactly feeling great about his new surroundings.
However, Brandon Carlo had some amazing works for both the fans and the organization as a whole, noting he has been treated amazing from top to bottom.

Unfortunately, Carlo watched his Maple Leafs teammates lose tonight in a game against the Nashville Predators.
Despite being up 2-0 in the first period, the Leafs gave up five unanswered goals allowing the Preds to come back and win.
Moreover, this blocked the team from taking first place in the Atlantic Division which is absolutely not what you want to see right about now.
Either way, we are happy to have Brandon Carlo on the team and we hope to see his best in the postseason.
