Ryan Reaves has been in and out of the lineup all season, and it appears as though he has lost his edge when it comes to fighting.
Craig Berube slots Ryan Reaves into the lineup
Tonight, the Maple Leafs are playing their biggest rival, the Montreal Canadiens, and as it turns out, Reaves has been slotted into the lineup.
This is going to be a huge opportunity for Reaves, who needs to have a good game to show his teammates that he still has some fight left in him.
While speaking to the media, head coach Craig Berube explained why he made the decision to play the enforcer.
"It's a big game. Montreal. It's a big rivalry, obviously. They got some physical players over there, so we've got to be physical tonight.... We got to play a heavy game."
Of course, many will be looking out for
Arber Xhekaj who is easily the most physical player on the Toronto Maple Leafs.
He has been a menace all season long and he is definitely someone who Ryan Reaves could drop the gloves with.
Xhekaj is always a willing participant and he is a young heavyweight who will give the Maple Leafs player a run for his money.
No matter what, there is no doubt that the fans are in for a very intriguing game today.
