Craig Berube has been a great coach for the Toronto Maple Leafs so far and there is no doubt that he has guided them well so far this season.
The head coach is a former Stanley Cup winner and he knows what it takes for a team to be successful when it comes time for the NHL playoffs.
Meanwhile, the Leafs are known as playoff chokers which makes this partnership so ideal for the franchise.

If anyone knows whether or not a team is ready for the playoffs it would be Berube. In fact, the media is already asking the head coach those important questions.
Interestingly enough, Craig Berube is feeling the utmost confidence in his team right now, noting that he does, indeed, believe this team has what it takes right now.
I think they are close. We have been playing meaningful games for quite some time now. Going into tonight, it is another meaningful game, and the next day. Those are important games going into the playoffs.
Overall, this should be very encouraging for Maple Leafs fans to hear. Although that doesn't guarantee that they are going to see some success.
They still have to go out and win the games, which is much easier said than done and fans are aware of just how difficult it can be.
The Atlantic Division is also pretty stacked which does not help matters very much. No matter what, the Maple Leafs are going to be in for a very tough battle.
Hopefully, they are able to get through the next few weeks and at least get themselves into the second round.
