Maple Leafs Goalie Joseph Woll Gives Back to the Community in a Big Way

Toronto Maple Leafs goaltender Joseph Woll has been having himself a relaxing offseason, but he has also been giving back to the community.
Joseph Woll is an overall good guy, and his teammates would be the first ones to tell you that.
This offseason, the goaltender is working on his craft, and he is hoping to become the official starter for the team next season.
However, he is also giving back to the community and showing the residents of Toronto that he has their back, no matter what.
Joseph Woll donates to the Centre for Addictions and Mental Health
Last year, it was revealed that Joseph Woll had partnered up with the Centre for Addictions and Mental Health, where he would donate $5K for every home win.
At the time, Woll spoke about the partnership, and how it meant a lot to him to get involved.
Per NHLPA:
I reached out a few years ago, to see if there was anything I could get involved with, exploring a little bit of what I might be able to do in terms of raising awareness for mental health and mental health initiatives. Through those conversations came a wonderful opportunity to work together.
Recently, Woll officially made an $80K donation, and as you can imagine, this meant a whole lot to the people whom the organization impacts.
Joseph Woll and Mattany Homes contributed $80k to the CAMH Foundation for a better mental health care system! He donated $5k for every home win in the 2024-25 season, shutouts were doubled!
Overall, this will continue to ingratiate Woll with the Maple Leafs fanbase, and we are happy to see him thriving.
Only time will tell whether or not this upcoming season proves to be his coming-out party.
