Mark Stone Makes Shocking Remarks About Mitch Marner

Las Vegas Golden Knights forward Mark Stone recently spoke about Mitch Marner, and as you can imagine, the words he used were incredibly complimentary.
Mitch Marner made a huge decision by leaving the Toronto Maple Leafs for the Las Vegas Golden Knights.
Overall, this could bring him his first Stanley Cup victory, although there is no telling whether or not that will actually be the case.
Instead, there is some skepticism that Marner will fit in well with a team that tries to hold players accountable.
Mitch Marner gets some nice comments from Mark Stone
Vegas Golden Knights captain Mark Stone, on the other hand, believes these criticisms are absolute nonsense.
On the Coming In Hot Podcast, Stone explained just how excited the Golden Knights are to have Marner.
We're pretty damn excited to get him. He's a player we've kind of missed. We don't really have that super-skilled smallish-type guy that can make everyone around him better and make those crazy skilled plays. You look at all of our forwards, we're kind of big, go-to-the-net, puck-possession type guys. He makes plays that very few players in the NHL can make.
In fact, he seems to believe this is the perfect match for all sides involved.
(A match made in heaven) is the way I look at it. He brings speed, he's one of the best playmakers, still usually scores around 30 goals. I mean, he had 100 points. There aren't many guys in the league that did it, and we're getting him. He's definitely a piece that's a welcome addition to us. When you add superstars, it makes your team better.
At the end of the day, Marner is going to have to prove himself in the postseason.
Until then, Golden Knights fans will be skeptical of their new acquisition.
