Max Domi Reacts to Heartbreaking News Impacting the Toronto Maple Leafs

The Toronto Maple Leafs got some bad news this week courtesy of legendary broadcaster Joe Bowen, and now, Max Domi is offering his reaction.
Joe Bowen is the legendary play-by-play man for the Toronto Maple Leafs. He is the voice of the team and has been doing the job for over 42 years at this point.
Alongside Jim Ralph, Bowen has been a fan favorite. In fact, some Maple Leafs fans put the TV broadcast on mute and sync it up with Bowen.
Earlier this week, however, Bowen made a heartbreaking announcement that has a lot of fans feeling pretty sad right about now.
Joe Bowen to retire from the Toronto Maple Leafs
The legendary broadcaster revealed that he would be retiring from the mic at the end of next season. One more season, and he is done for good.
«I have been totally blessed to do 'My Dream Job,' eclipsing the career of my idol, Foster Hewitt,» Bowen said. «I will reach over 3,800 games sometime this season. Thanks so very much to all who have made this wonderful career possible!»
Fans took to social media, where they showed support for Joe Bowen. Meanwhile, Toronto Maple Leafs forward Max Domi did the same over on Instagram.
Below, you can see that he made an Instagram story post, in which he simply posted a goat emoji. For those who may not know, he means to say Bowen is the Greatest of All Time.
Leafs Nation is going to be sad to see Bowen go, but at 74 years old, he deserves to enjoy his retirement and live out the rest of his life.
What we do know is that the Maple Leafs need to make this next season special so that Bowen can ride off into the sunset on a high.
