Players Around the NHL Disrespect Mitch Marner After Signing with the Golden Knights

Mitch Marner is officially with the Las Vegas Golden Knights, and after snaking the Toronto Maple Leafs, players around the NHL don't have much respect for him.
Early last week, Mitch Marner was officially traded from the Toronto Maple Leafs to the Las Vegas Golden Knights in a massive sign-and-trade.
With this move, the superstar winger signed an eight-year, $96 million deal in Nevada, which pays him $12 million per season.
Overall, it was a big move, and it is one that has left a bad taste in the mouth of Toronto Maple Leafs fans, who felt a little bit betrayed by the move.
Mitch Marner vs. the NHL
As we reported on Friday, numerous Maple Leafs players refused to repost the team's "thank you" to Mitch Marner on social media.
So I'm simply *noticing* but Matthews just shared the «thank you Marner» post on IG, nothing added and Knies and Willy both didn't share anything. JT has also been pretty silent
Interestingly enough, there is now a report that players around the league liked the post, then immediately unliked it. Those players include Nazem Kadri and Sam Bennett. Meanwhile, players on the Leafs like William Nylander and Max Domi did the same.
Also noted that players UNLIKED the thank you post. Willy unliked it, so did Domi, and Sam Bennett and Naz. Alex Nylander still stands. It's odd
Needless to say, it feels like there isn't a ton of love lost when it comes to Mitch Marner. The fans don't like him, and his peers don't love him either.
Perhaps his behavior over the past year is the reason behind these various snubs.
Although we can't guarantee this to be the case, the evidence has become overwhelming as of late.
