Sportsnet Analyst Delivers Insane Matthew Knies Hot Take that Involves Brady Tkachuk

Toronto Maple Leafs forward Matthew Knies has been dealing with some pressure this season and the latest comments from Justin Bourne won't help much.
Matthew Knies is one of the most exciting players on the Toronto Maple Leafs right now and it is not a stretch to say such a thing.
However, the discourse around Knies has gotten a bit out of hand. Leafs analysts are now overrating him a bit and are trying to make him a key member of what is now being called the "core five."
A great example of these over exaggerations came on Saturday night during Leafs Talk when Justin Bourne tried to convince Sam McKee and JD Bunkis that Knies is a better player than Brady Tkachuk.
This had both co-hosts perplexed although Bourne was very firm in his belief that if he were to start a franchise today, he would much rather have Knies than Tkachuk.
"You can never again have a conversation about the core of this team without Matthew Knies."
On Tuesday night, Knies will have an opportunity to help his Toronto Maple Leafs advance to the next round with a win over the Ottawa Senators.
It is not going to be an easy game and we're sure the Leafs are a bit scared of what will happen if they lose. Luckily, they have a home crowd behind them right now.
As for Brady Tkachuk, he is very excited about the prospect of a 3-0 comeback, but those are rare and very hard to come by. We're not so sure the Sens can pull that off.
Whatever the case may be, Matthew Knies is now the player everyone wants, and that will be reflected in the upcoming free agency period.
