Toronto Maple Leafs Fans Up in Arms Over Report Involving James Reimer

With Anthony Stolarz and Joseph Woll, the Toronto Maple Leafs have a great goaltending situation, but a new report is suggesting the team bring in James Reimer.
One of the biggest strengths for the Toronto Maple Leafs right now is their goaltending. They have Anthony Stolarz and Joseph Woll, who are complete studs.
However, there is a sense that the team doesn't have a solid number three. Matt Murray is gone, and Dennis Hildeby has limited experience.
With that in mind, the team could stand to bring in another netminder, albeit one who is going to be light on the books.

Having said that, The Leafs Nation recently made a suggestion that has Maple Leafs fans up in arms because of just how outside the box it is.
Essentially, they believe the Maple Leafs should bring in former goaltender James Reimer.
Per The Leafs Nation:
When it comes to organizational depth, after Woll and Stolarz, the Maple Leafs have restricted free agent Dennis Hildeby, 23, Artur Akhtyamov, 23, and Vyacheslav Peksa, 23. A couple of trade chips perhaps? There's certainly potential that Treliving could package one of his goaltending prospects for a top-six forward, and if Reimer was included within the mix, it would be a much easier pill to swallow for next season, as he would be able to carry the load with the Marlies, or at least split the action down the middle.
As you can see, fans don't want this to happen at all, even if the points laid out were fairly solid in nature.
At the end of the day, Reimer is on his way out of the NHL, and bringing him in as a third goalie just seems a bit out of bounds.
Only time will tell whether or not the Maple Leafs do anything with their goalies, or keep things the same.,
