This is definitely a good mentality to have right now considering no matter what, they are going to be in for a tough fight.
As it stands, the two Wild Card teams are the Ottawa Senators and the Montreal Canadiens who are going to be some tough outs moving forward.
Only time will tell whether or not the Leafs are able to have some success as the playoffs get closer and closer.
The fans would love a bit of playoff success these days but of course, it is going to be very difficult with so many good teams hanging around.
