Craig Berube Delivers Critical Update on Injured Defenseman Jake McCabe

Jake McCabe has become one of the best defenseman on the Toronto Maple Leafs this season and if you are a fan of the team, you can't help but love him.

He has remained solid all season long and the team's record is much better with him in the lineup than it is with him out of the lineup.

That said, when McCabe got injured against the Florida Panthers a few days ago, fans were immediately worried about his condition and whether or not the injury would last a long time.

At practice on Friday, Berube simply said that the defenseman was day-to-day and that there wasn't much they could say other than the fact that he would be out against the Columbus Blue Jackets.
