Sam Bennett Tried to Injure Another Toronto Maple Leafs Goalie on Sunday and We Have the Footage

In Game 1 of the first round series between the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Florida Panthers, Sam Bennett infamously took out Anthony Stolarz.

Since that time, fans have had it out for the Panthers star and it is very clear that they do not like the guy very much.

After Game 4, they will like him even less as we now have footage of the forward attempting to take out Joseph Woll in the midst of his best game of the playoffs so far.

In the footage down below, Bennett could be seen shoving Oliver Ekman-Larsson right into Woll, which could have been absolutely disastrous.

It is just another example of the Florida Panthers attempting to injure the players on the Leafs who are already all banged up.

If you are a Leafs fan, you are probably sick and tired of seeing clips like this but you better get used to it.

Hopefully, in Game 5 on Wednesday, the Panthers get tired and stop with the antics. If they keep this up, the Leafs will be in huge trouble.

After taking a 2-0 lead in the series, the Leafs have since blown the lead and now, it is tied going back to Toronto. Fans would be distraught if they blew it.

Only time will tell what happens next. If one thing is certain it is that the Leafs must have a better game than they did on Sunday, which was their worst of the playoffs so far.

If they don't get it together, then this series is over and the defending champs will move on with relative ease.
