Anthony Stolarz was injured by Sam Bennett on Monday and ahead of Game 2 against the Florida Panthers, the Toronto Maple Leafs have some bad news.

In Game 1 between the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Florida Panthers, Anthony Stolarz was hit in the head by the elbow of Sam Bennett.
Following this play, Stolarz had to be taken off of the ice due to vomiting on the sidelines. Subsequently, he was taken to the hospital in an ambulance.
Despite all of this, head coach Craig Berube was not ruling him out in Game 2. This had fans getting their hopes up only to have them dashed at morning skate on Wednesday.

Anthony Stolarz out, Joseph Woll in

According to Chris Johnston of TSN, Matt Murray was on the ice during morning skate. As it turns out, he is going to be the backup tonight.
Meanwhile, Mark Masters of TSN confirmed that Joseph Woll will be the starting goaltender for tonight's game.
Anthony Stolarz wasn't even on the ice, which means he is still recovering from what happened a few nights ago. It is disappointed but not unexpected.
Ultimately, this is going to be a very difficult Game 2 for the Toronto Maple Leafs and by extension, Joseph Woll. The Leafs are counting on him to play well.
Woll was very shaky in relief during Game 1 but he didn't even get a warmup, so it is understandable that he would struggle so mightily.
Having said that, the Leafs have an opportunity to go up 2-0 in this series, which would put them in an amazing position heading to Florida.
Only time will tell whether or not Anthony Stolarz is able to return to this series.
