Toronto Maple Leafs Seemingly Confirm Their Starting Goalie Against the Detroit Red Wings

With just one game under their belts, the Toronto Maple Leafs are trying to get themselves embedded in the NHL season.

Overall, the Maple Leafs have a good team, but if they can't get games in, then they are going to be colder compared to their competitors. Thankfully, their drought ends Saturday against the Detroit Red Wings.

Today, the Maple Leafs were back at practice, and Craig Berube was keeping the lines the same, which certainly turned some heads out there.

As for the starting goalie situation, the Leafs have some options, especially since the Leafs are back in action on Monday, against the Red Wings again.

This would be the first half of a back-to-back with the Nashville Predators. As for Saturday, once again, Berube is keeping things the same.

Anthony Stolarz is the projected starter, while newly-acquired goaltender Cayden Primeau is going to be taking up a spot as backup.

Stolarz was great against the Montreal Canadiens, and he was a large part of why the Maple Leafs were even able to win that game.

If you are a Maple Leafs fan, you should definitely be excited about the prospect of Robertson starting on Saturday.
