Joseph Woll Caught on Camera Giving His Real Opinion of Anthony Stolarz

Joseph Woll and Anthony Stolarz have been phenomenal goaltenders for the Toronto Maple Leafs this season and fans would be hard-pressed to disagree.

Overall, they have carried the team throughout the season and there is still no telling who is going to be the starting goalie once the playoffs come around.

Over the last stretch of games, Woll has been the better goalie especially when you consider his 38-save performance in a 2-1 win against the Colorado Avalanche on Wednesday night.

On Thursday night, Stolarz helped the Leafs get a 4-3 victory over the New York Rangers. Stollie had 27 saves in that game and was given the team's infamous belt at the end of the night.

In fact, the whole thing was caught on camera in the team's locker room. Presenting him with the belt was none other than Joseph Woll, who had been given the belt the night before.

It was here where Woll gave made some kind remarks about his goaltending partner, explaining just how well he played tonight.

With just 13 games left in the NHL season, one has to wonder whether or not the Maple Leafs are going to make their starting goalie decision soon.

Anthony Stolarz has a better goals-against average and save percentage, however, this is only because of his hot start to the season. Over the last 10 games, Woll has been far and away the better guy.

You have to roll with the hot hand and because of this, fans are likely praying for the Brick Woll to be in the net come playoff time.

However, things can change fast and Craig Berube will just have to play things by ear.
