Scott Laughton Delivers Hilarious Response When Asked About Playing Against the Philadelphia Flyers

On trade deadline day, the Toronto Maple Leafs acquired Scott Laughton is a sizeable move that sent Nikita Grebenkin an a first-round pick to the Philadelphia Flyers.

Unfortunately, this trade has not worked out in the Maple Leafs favor so far as the forward has failed to score a single point in the eight games he has played with the team.

Moreover, Laughton was briefly moved over to the fourth line although it seems like he is being brought back up as the fans continue to demand some respect for the newly-acquired center.

Tonight is going to be a tough one emotionally for Scott Laughton as he now has to face off against all of his old teammates. The Leafs play the Flyers tonight in Toronto and it is a game that is important for the Atlantic Division title fight.

Yesterday, we reported that the newly-acquired forward actually greeted his old teammates when they got in on Sunday and he took some staff out in the city.

Recently, he was asked about his feelings towards playing the Flyers and it led to a hilarious answer about being part of the Leafs' scouting report.

With zero points in his Maple Leafs tenure, tonight would be the perfect time for him to come through and end up with a goal or at least an assist.

While doing it against the Philadelphia Flyers would be bittersweet, it would at least get the monkey off of his back and allow for him to just focus on playing good hockey.
